    • 11:50 AM – HNL – Narita (Sept. 2)
    • 7:20 PM – Narita – Bangkok (Sept. 2)
  • 11:50 PM (Sept. 2) – Arrival in Bangkok
  • Private airport pickup provided. Transfer to hotel and check-in.

  • Temples & The Grand Palace
    • Breakfast included
    • Guided tour of the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit), Wat Pho, and the Grand Palace, including the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Covered shoulders and knees are required at all temple sites.

    • Open day for rest, spa, or sightseeing. Optional elephant sanctuary excursion available — sign up with Lanai by Day 3, as spots are limited.

    • Individual appointments, consultations, and procedures at Bangkok Hospital. Specific times confirmed prior to travel.

  • Departure
    • Hotel checkout and private transfer to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Allow 3 hours before your flight. Safe travels — until the next LTC adventure!

TRAVEL POLICY & LIABILITY AGREEMENT

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $1,800 USD per person is required to secure your reservation.
  • Deposits are applied directly toward transportation and hotel bookings and cannot be transferred to another trip or participant.
  • Final balance payments are due as stated on your invoice or by the final payment deadline communicated by Lanai’s Travel Club.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of travel will result in no refund.
  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable once applied toward airfare, accommodations, or other non-recoverable costs.
  • Lanai’s Travel Club strongly recommends travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.

3. Traveler Responsibility

Each traveler is responsible for:

  • Ensuring their passport, visa, and travel documents are valid and meet destination entry requirements.
  • Following local, state, and international laws during travel.
  • Conducting themselves respectfully with fellow travelers, staff, and hosts.

4. Misconduct Clause

  • Lanai’s Travel Club reserves the right to remove any traveler from the group, without refund, if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of state, federal, or international laws.
  • Any resulting legal or financial consequences from such misconduct are the traveler’s sole responsibility.

5. Liability Waiver

By agreeing to this form, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Lanai’s Travel Club, its partners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, deaths, losses, or damages incurred during the trip.
  • Lanai’s Travel Club is not responsible for hospital visits, emergency care, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the trip.
  • Each traveler participates at their own risk and is encouraged to carry personal health and travel insurance coverage.
