Lanai's Travel Club

TRAVEL POLICY & LIABILITY AGREEMENT

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $1,800 USD per person is required to secure your reservation.
  • Deposits are applied directly toward transportation and hotel bookings and cannot be transferred to another trip or participant.
  • Final balance payments are due as stated on your invoice or by the final payment deadline communicated by Lanai’s Travel Club.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of travel will result in no refund.
  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable once applied toward airfare, accommodations, or other non-recoverable costs.
  • Lanai’s Travel Club strongly recommends travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.

3. Traveler Responsibility

Each traveler is responsible for:

  • Ensuring their passport, visa, and travel documents are valid and meet destination entry requirements.
  • Following local, state, and international laws during travel.
  • Conducting themselves respectfully with fellow travelers, staff, and hosts.

4. Misconduct Clause

  • Lanai’s Travel Club reserves the right to remove any traveler from the group, without refund, if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of state, federal, or international laws.
  • Any resulting legal or financial consequences from such misconduct are the traveler’s sole responsibility.

5. Liability Waiver

By agreeing to this form, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Lanai’s Travel Club, its partners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, deaths, losses, or damages incurred during the trip.
  • Lanai’s Travel Club is not responsible for hospital visits, emergency care, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the trip.
  • Each traveler participates at their own risk and is encouraged to carry personal health and travel insurance coverage.
